At Adédàmólá Atelier & Interiors, we prioritize customer satisfaction and work hard to ensure your orders are processed and delivered as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information (if available).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Within Canada: 2–11 business days after dispatch

    • International Orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, or events beyond our control.

  • During peak periods (holidays, sales), order processing and shipping times may take longer.

Shipping Fees

  • All shipping costs are displayed at checkout and must be paid at the time of purchase.

  • Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

International Shipping & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for any additional charges applied at your local customs office.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We take care in packaging your order, but once shipped, responsibility lies with the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at support@adedamolaatelier.com so we can assist.
